Welcome to Skrabbler! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skrabbler website located at www.skrabbler.com (the "Site") and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by Skrabbler (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Service or use any services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to assist with word games and linguistic analysis. You may use the word finder tool, access word lists, and read our insights and analyses.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
• Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Skrabbler servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Skrabbler and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Skrabbler.

Any content you submit to the Service (e.g., through the word finder input) is processed for the purpose of providing the Service to you and is not stored or claimed as our intellectual property.
